In order of encounter, both Bryce then Curtis provided most excellent, reassuring and helpful service! (Also, Michael...think his name is Michael). I plan to go back in the summer. If you need a comfortable place that provides a kitcheneette in the room so that you can cater to your own particular needs at a GREAT price. This is it. As well, only 40 minutes outside of Boston if you are into cities. The 40 minute drive gave me time to work up my nerve to driving in a new city and gave the opportunity to enjoy the view. And the excellent people that I met that work there. Thankyou.

The location was great. Breakfast, I never saw any breakfast. Maybe the other guest were up before I was. That was fine as we actually had our own food. We did get coffee. The staff was excellent, friendly and caring. It's to bad they have to deal with some kind of people at times.

I had a pleasant stay here at Extended Stay in Marlborough, but what made my experience even better was the staff being so polite and nice. Especially the management, Curtis the general manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made sure we had a good stay. The only thing I wish the hotel could improve on is reconigzing the hard word and effort all of the employees put in because they sure dont get enough credit for all that they do. Shout out to Curtis the General manager! Will be back for sure.

I was nervous at first from reading all the bad reviews but once I got there, it was actually pretty nice for the price I paid. The room was clean and I liked that there were lots of storage and a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Bathroom was very spacious. Definitely a step up from a road-side motel.

Room was nicely cleaned upon arrival, and all needed amenities were provided by the hotel. The concierge at the desk on the evening I arrived, Jesus, was very helpful. Convenient parking was always available.

Breakfast isn't enough. It should be more than granola bars and coffee. And it's not a late enough time where you can get breakfast it ends too early

The room was spacious, and the fridge was large. Kitchen has lots of storage. large laundry room. parking was super easy. The facility allowed me to park 3 cars, which helped a lot. friendly staff.

The staff, specifically, Peri was absolutely wonderful. she was poised and accommodating and I can’t speak highly enough about her. We arrived hours early to prepare for a wedding and although housekeeping was short staffed (per usual everywhere it seems) Peri made sure we were able to check in early so we would make the wedding on time. very pleasant. very comfortable. close to everything. we’ll definitely be returning ☺️
